Introduction:
In KBBI, Hoax means hoax news. Meanwhile, according to Wikipedia, deception is an attempt to deceive the public to believe it. Hoax arises because of problems that appear to the public. The impact of a hoax is more to the negative impact on the public.

Body 1:
Quoted from indolinear.com, there are negative things that can be caused.First, as a hoax. Fraud is the same as fake news and forgery. If you have been deceived means you have wasted your time to see things in vain.
Body 2:
Second, problem transfer. Usually problems can easily arise in the community. Especially in the era of globalization, increasingly sophisticated technology and its development, makes it easier for people to access it. Sometimes it is difficult for people to distinguish right from wrong, especially if a prolonged hoax.

Body 3:
Third, triggering social panic. This is a very popular hoax destination for hoax makers. If the public has panicked, then hoax makers can take advantage. If you want to stop the hoax, usually the mass media or online media should help the public and clarify if news- only hoax news.

Conclusion:
any negative effects of hoaxes. As a writer, I conclude that news must know the source, and the public must be smart in anticipating information. Especially for educated people, the educated community must be smart and careful in seeing information and be careful in finding the truth so as not to trigger a negative impact on society.
